I’m an integrative health coach, meditation & yoga teacher and strategist — and more than that, I’m someone who deeply values intentional living.

My journey into wellness began when I was a former Division-I athlete. Since then, I’ve accumulated over a decade of experience in the wellness and personal development space.

I know what it’s like to live in a high-functioning body with a dysregulated nervous system — to succeed on the outside while feeling utterly burnt out and deeply disconnected on the inside.

My work blends foundational health, embodied awareness, and holistic lifestyle design — helping clients shift from “holding it all together” to living with clarity, vitality, and alignment.

I don’t believe in forcing change. I believe in creating the conditions where clarity naturally leads to momentum.
